Security Officer

Position Overview

We are looking for a diligent and professional Security Officer to safeguard our premises at Raffles Place. The role demands vigilance, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a secure atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No duties on weekends or public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage access control to ensure authorized entry.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.
• Investigate any suspicious behavior and detain offenders when necessary, ensuring proper paperwork and documentation.
• Compile comprehensive and precise incident reports for management and law enforcement agencies.
• Offer assistance to customers by guiding them through the bank’s queue management system.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor as the primary point of contact for all visitors.

Qualifications

• At least 3 GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels or a NITEC certification.
• Prior experience working within a bank branch environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to stay composed and professional when under pressure.
