Role overview

A multinational medical device manufacturing company in the Middle East is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Executive to join on a 1-year contract basis in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Plan and carry out regulatory approval activities that support the company’s business objectives.
Develop and sustain strong working relationships with regulatory authorities and outside partners.
Set up, manage, and monitor regulatory processes and procedures for the assigned region so they remain aligned with local authority requirements.
Oversee the approval, renewal, and ongoing maintenance of regulatory licences.
Keep track of changes in local regulations, standards, and guidance relevant to the role.

Candidate requirements

Prior work experience in the Middle East is mandatory, as this is a contract role.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 3 to 5 years of regulatory experience in the GCC medical devices sector.
Strong command of both English and Arabic, especially in communication.
Solid understanding of regulatory rules, requirements, and guidelines.
The ideal candidate should be driven, proactive, adaptable, systematic, well-organised, and able to make decisions confidently.
Must be available to attend in-person interviews in Dubai.
