Role overview

A multinational medical device manufacturing company in the Middle East is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Executive to join on a 1-year contract basis in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out regulatory approval activities that support the company’s business objectives.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with regulatory authorities and outside partners.
• Set up, manage, and monitor regulatory processes and procedures for the assigned region so they remain aligned with local authority requirements.
• Oversee the approval, renewal, and ongoing maintenance of regulatory licences.
• Keep track of changes in local regulations, standards, and guidance relevant to the role.

Candidate requirements

• Prior work experience in the Middle East is mandatory, as this is a contract role.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of regulatory experience in the GCC medical devices sector.
• Strong command of both English and Arabic, especially in communication.
• Solid understanding of regulatory rules, requirements, and guidelines.
• The ideal candidate should be driven, proactive, adaptable, systematic, well-organised, and able to make decisions confidently.
• Must be available to attend in-person interviews in Dubai.
