Project Analyst

Role Overview

This contract position as a Project Analyst is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, focused on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations for comprehensive project management tasks including setup, resource coordination, and reporting. The role demands extensive collaboration with leadership, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project configurations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Coordinate project activities encompassing resource management, capacity planning, and allocation oversight.
• Track progress and generate detailed reports for stakeholders and leadership to monitor project health.
• Communicate effectively across diverse groups including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate project coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, concentrating on project setup and resource management.
• Background in project coordination, PMO practices, or resource management demonstrating skills in capacity planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional communication abilities with proven experience handling leadership and client interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards, conducting reporting, and analyzing project data.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow enhancement and automation.
• Background in enterprise PMO environments or structured project delivery frameworks.
• PMP, CAPM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Power Platform certifications are advantageous.

Compensation and Additional Information

The pay range offered for this role is between CAD 45 and CAD 50 per hour.
