Position Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Operations Coordinator to oversee procurement activities supporting Sales & Marketing functions. The role primarily involves managing procurement request intake, processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with month-end close procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement request workflows and purchase order processes.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal teams, and business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Maintain updated procurement documentation and promptly resolve related inquiries.
- Ensure procurement workflows are executed within expected timeframes.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement operations.
- Demonstrate strong skills in process improvement and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Hands-on expertise with procurement platforms such as Zip (preferred), Coupa, Ariba, or Ironclad.
- Prior experience supporting Sales & Marketing procurement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

Additional Information
- Location: Primarily remote with occasional visits to offices in San Francisco, CA and South Lake Union (SLU).
- Contract Duration: Minimum of 12 months.
- Compensation: $79 to $80 per hour on W2 basis.
