Role Responsibilities
- Independently executing the monthly payroll processing
- Managing and maintaining relevant personnel and payroll data
- Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding income tax and social security matters
- Communicating with authorities, health insurers, and social security institutions
- Preparing certificates, reports, and statistics
- Assisting with annual closing activities within the payroll domain
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Contributing to process improvements and digitization initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in payroll processing
- Solid knowledge of income tax and social security legislation
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software systems
- Structured and responsible work approach
- Strong service orientation and discretion
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
