Key Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive payroll processing from start to finish
Ensure payroll compliance, perform reconciliations, and prepare necessary reports
Interpret relevant payroll legislation and employment terms accurately
Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries efficiently
Engage with stakeholders across various business units
Assist with initiatives aimed at improving payroll processes

Qualifications and Requirements

Demonstrated experience handling complete payroll processing
In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, tax requirements, and superannuation
Ability to interpret awards, agreements, or complex pay conditions
Understanding of Payday Super compliance and payroll regulatory obligations
Capability to prioritize competing tasks and operate independently
Experience in managing payroll within multi-site or complex workforce environments is highly beneficial
