Position Overview
We are seeking experienced UK Payroll Specialists to join our client’s team based in Wayanad, Kerala. This full-time onsite role requires candidates who possess comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll operations and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete UK payroll processing with accuracy
- Handle PAYE, Income Tax, and National Insurance responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations including Real Time Information (RTI) submissions
- Administer UK pension schemes and execute auto-enrolments
- Manage statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP, and SAP
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and prepare detailed reports
- Address payroll-related queries and provide employee support
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 8 years of proven experience in UK payroll processing and compliance
- Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with payroll software such as Sage, BrightPay, IRIS, Moorepay, ADP UK, Cintra, Xero, or QuickBooks Payroll is beneficial
