Role overview
We are hiring a junior-level business analyst for a collaborative, fast-moving team. This opportunity is well suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to develop practical experience in business analysis, technology, and improving business processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-focused, analytical, eager to learn, and able to communicate well across teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to collect, interpret, and record business requirements.
- Help define project scope, goals, and functional specifications using user needs and business workflows.
- Support process improvement work by spotting inefficiencies and suggesting solutions backed by data.
- Research business challenges and assess how technology can address them.
- Help prepare project proposals, including problem statements, solution options, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Create supporting documents such as reports, process maps, and models to aid decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep initiatives aligned and moving toward successful delivery.
- Provide continuing analytical and technical assistance to the team.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working both on your own and as part of a team.
- Adaptable, quick to learn, and motivated to grow in the position.
Preferred exposure
- Background in business analysis or requirements gathering.
- Experience with SQL or data analysis.
- Familiarity with UX/UI ideas or tools such as Figma.
- Exposure to Visual Studio or similar technical development environments.
- General awareness of how technology supports business operations.
