Role Overview

Our client is seeking a proficient Instructional Designer to craft sophisticated learning and certification content aimed at partner enablement initiatives. The position demands the development of compelling educational resources designed for business and technical learners to confirm competencies and readiness for intricate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful learning materials such as e-learning courses, webinars, study aids, and practice assessments.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to convert complex knowledge into clear, engaging instructional content.
• Develop thorough certification preparation resources, addressing both strategic business and technical implementation paths.
• Guarantee all educational content meets industry standards regarding accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
• Assist in building company-wide badging systems and certification exams by collaborating with program leads, UX/design, and technical teams to ensure seamless and scalable learning solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated instructional design expertise for technical and business audiences, preferably in enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence, or communication platforms.
• Sound understanding of adult education theories, assessment methodologies, and certification development techniques.
• Able to integrate and refine knowledge from various stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience working with online learning management systems, webinar platforms, and digital credentialing technologies.
• Strong communication abilities, project coordination skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
