Role Overview

We are seeking to reinforce our recruiting team in Munich by onboarding an Ident & Research Manager (m/f/d) promptly. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the recruitment team by sourcing suitable candidates at the Executive and C-Level tiers, directly contributing to the success of our search mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tailored identification strategies based on project-specific briefs aligned to the search profiles.
• Analyze target industries, research target companies, and identify qualified candidates using prominent professional networks.
• Engage candidates at a high-professional level as required, assess their technical and personal suitability for the role, and encourage suitable individuals to proceed to interviews with project leaders.
• Lead special projects within recruiting, especially advancing AI-supported processes and reporting-related initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and transparency in recruitment mandates.

Candidate Profile

• Completed academic degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive professional experience in research roles within a reputed executive search firm or research agency, focusing on identifying candidates at the highest leadership levels.
• Strong self-motivation, independence, and ambition.
• Excellent self-organization combined with analytical problem-solving skills and persistence in handling complex projects.
• Capability for strategic thinking and planning.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in German without accent.
