About the Role
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Hilton, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR team by delivering top-tier hospitality and assisting with a variety of administrative duties. Your contributions will help create exceptional experiences for guests and team members alike, embodying Hilton's commitment to warmth and service excellence.
Daily Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, applicants, and colleagues promptly and courteously, providing excellent front office support.
- Handle administrative tasks including document processing, data entry, filing, and copying to maintain smooth HR office operations.
- Manage communications by responding to phone calls, emails, sorting mail, and organizing meetings efficiently.
- Arrange and coordinate travel bookings for HR department managers as required.
- Contribute to special projects and support departmental initiatives or ad-hoc tasks.
