About the Role
At Cracker Barrel, we believe in creating memorable moments through great hospitality and teamwork. As a Host, you will play a key role in welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a smooth flow in the dining area by managing the waitlist and preparing tables for arriving parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and make them feel comfortable as they enter the restaurant.
- Maintain the dining room's flow through efficient waitlist management and updates to guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Ensure tables are promptly cleaned and ready for the next guests.
Candidate Profile
- Ability to warmly welcome and engage guests from their first moment on site.
- Remain calm and composed during busy periods.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exude positive energy with an approachable attitude.
- No prior restaurant experience required as full training will be provided.
