Job Overview

This is a full-time role based in Kolkata for an enthusiastic candidate willing to work in a blended chat backend process within the BPO sector. The position demands excellent communication, customer handling capabilities, and eagerness to learn and implement new technologies.

Candidate Eligibility

• Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible. Regular students currently studying are not eligible.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
