Job Overview

As a Cabin Services Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and personalization of the A380 Shower Spas to ensure that each First Class passenger has a delightful experience. Although the prime focus is on the Shower Spa, you will also oversee the upkeep of First, Business, and Economy Class lavatories, lounges, and cabin areas, thereby upholding a positive impression of the company among passengers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management by verifying that products are loaded in correct quantities for servicing onboard facilities and facilitating in-flight replenishments.
• Inspect and prepare Shower Spas and lavatories before passenger boarding by placing necessary amenity items.
• Clean Shower Spas promptly and hygienically after each use, adhering strictly to the CSA Checklist standards.
• Personalize the Shower Spa for each customer according to the allocated time in the Shower Spa Reservations System, arranging selected products to enhance the customer experience.
• Prevent unauthorized access to personalized Shower Spas and inform the Purser if the reservation system is delayed, ensuring smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness of lavatories through routine checks using the CSA Checklist, replenishing amenities as needed.
• Keep all cabin and social areas tidy and safe by performing general cabin cleaning duties.
• Report any defects, safety concerns, irregular behavior, suspicious items, or disturbances to the Purser or nearest crew member immediately.
• Adhere to uniform regulations, respect the chain of command, and be punctual in reporting for duty.

Eligibility Criteria

• Completion of 10 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry's housekeeping department is advantageous.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
