Currently, we seek a skilled Presentation Designer for the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) to craft top-tier presentations suitable for practical use cases. This part-time remote role is perfect for creatives experienced in visual communications, information design, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers customized for distinct audiences.
• Visualize complex data clearly through compelling, minimalist storytelling with an emphasis on information hierarchy.
• Enhance presentations using tailored fonts, refined animations, and maintain flawless visual consistency.
• Apply a sophisticated blend of corporate and creative styles across all deliverables to ensure premium quality.
• Maintain high formatting standards by meticulously scrutinizing visual alignment, pacing, and brand compliance before delivering final outputs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field is advantageous.
• A robust portfolio showcasing advanced presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations, demonstrating thorough understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design is compulsory.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to transform intricate narratives into high-quality visuals.

Essential Technical Competencies

• Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote for producing complex, dynamic, and well-animated decks.
• Advanced skills in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for generating custom graphics and layouts.
• Expertise in converting complicated data and hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual stories.
• Competence in typography and animation, including working with custom fonts and creating fluid, elegant animations for premium content.

Additional Requirements

• Experience producing high-end corporate-meets-creative styled layouts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection.
• Self-motivated problem-solving skills and independent work ethic.
• English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Submission must include a portfolio link showcasing premium presentations and data visualizations; applications without portfolio samples will not be considered.

Project Details and Compensation

The role involves an estimated 10 to 20 hours weekly during active periods, depending on project demands. This workload is an estimate and not guaranteed. Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour based on contributor expertise and pace. Pay rates vary across projects according to complexity and requirements.
