Part-Time Graphic Designer

About the Company

Established in 2006, Beyond the Beauty is a premier supplier of premium 100% human hair extensions and hair tools, exporting throughout the United States and to more than 20 international markets. The company is expanding and seeks a talented Graphic Designer to support its marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

This part-time position offers $25 per hour and requires working on-site in North Hollywood, CA. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Benefits include an employee discount.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual materials for both print and digital use, including brochures, social media content, and website graphics.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to produce unified designs that strengthen brand messaging.
• Develop preliminary layouts for approval and finalize designs by refining copy and artwork.
• Manage collaboration with external agencies, art services, and printers to complete projects efficiently.
• Contribute to ongoing development of company branding.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of four years' experience in graphic design.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong design foundation including typography, color theory, and composition skills.
• Creativity combined with flexibility and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to receive feedback.
• Additional experience in photography, videography, and video editing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with web development technologies like Shopify apps, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

Work Location and Commute

The position requires physical presence in North Hollywood, CA 91605, and candidates must have the ability to commute accordingly.
