Key Responsibilities

• Split daily activities equally between tele-calling prospective clients and conducting field sales visits.
• Source new leads and engage potential customers by understanding their insurance needs.
• Recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to each customer's requirements.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Regularly visit clients on the field to expand the customer base and meet sales objectives.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through persistent follow-up and lead conversion.
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license is mandatory due to the nature of field sales.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as seasoned sales professionals.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal aptitude to engage diverse customers effectively.
• Highly sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets and customer acquisition.
