It is expanding its field sales team by hiring Relationship Managers urgently in Mumbai Malad.
Key Responsibilities
- Split your efforts evenly between telephonic outreach and in-person field sales activities.
- Identify potential customers by generating leads and establishing initial contact.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance products accordingly.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to support insurance sales.
- Perform field visits to meet prospective clients face-to-face.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Follow up diligently on leads to convert them into confirmed customers.
- Maintain effective communication channels with customers throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- A valid driving license and access to a bike is mandatory due to the field nature of the work.
- Fresh graduates and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; proficiency in Marathi is required.
- A proactive, sales-driven, and target-focused mindset is necessary.
- Candidates comfortable with extensive field sales responsibilities will be preferred.
