About the Role
This opportunity is with a thriving Kiwi-owned company known for its innovation, collaboration, and dynamic work environment. The role is a temporary Executive Assistant/Business Manager position based in Takapuna, Auckland, featuring a 4-day workweek from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer executive assistance and administrative support to the General Manager and other executives.
- Support the board directors and prepare board meeting packs, ensuring all documents are formatted using existing templates.
- Manage daily office operations including ordering supplies, keeping the office tidy, coordinating deliveries such as fruit and milk, and overseeing cleaning materials.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense claims, and credit card reconciliations efficiently.
Candidate Profile
- Proven background as an Executive Assistant with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Handles sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build and maintain relationships across all levels.
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-moving, evolving work setting.
