Position Overview
This opportunity is provided by a partner organization seeking an Email Marketing Designer specialized in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) based in Australia. The role is tailored for creative marketing designers aiming to progress beyond pure visual tasks and focus on designing experiences that boost conversions and revenue growth for eCommerce clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Craft highly effective email campaigns and landing pages that enhance user engagement and drive measurable sales increases.
- Develop A/B test variations informed by performance insights to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with experts including CRO strategists, developers, marketing teams, and creatives to translate marketing approaches into compelling customer experiences.
- Apply solid design principles aligned with constraints of eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify.
- Continuously analyze campaign outcomes, experiment with new design methods, and improve quality based on feedback.
- Manage multiple client projects ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to timelines.
- Own design projects end to end from concept to final execution while remaining curious and continuously enhancing expertise in conversion-centric design and eCommerce trends.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven skills in Figma and familiarity with cutting-edge digital design workflows.
- Hands-on experience creating marketing emails focused on engagement and performance outcomes.
- Background in designing for eCommerce brands, preferably with experience in Shopify environments.
- Understanding of conversion optimization principles, user behavior insights, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Portfolio showcasing work on marketing emails, landing pages, or other impact-driven digital designs.
- Agency experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to visual details and ability to turn strategic ideas into clean, user-centered designs.
- Proactive approach with a sense of ownership, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in dynamic settings.
