Domestic Assistant

About the Role

NHS Highland is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to support the cleaning services at Raigmore Hospital. This full-time, onsite position involves maintaining cleanliness in clinical and patient areas to uphold high hygiene standards. Working hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Main Responsibilities

• Cleaning of clinics, treatment rooms, and patient areas
• Vacuuming and mopping floors thoroughly
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets
• Maintaining cleanliness of public areas
• Emptying waste bins regularly
• Performing general cleaning tasks as required

Candidate Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. Applicants must be flexible, dependable, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards their work.
