Overview
Lidl Ireland is committed to delivering an outstanding shopping experience for every customer, from our Head Office to every store. We are currently seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Kildare who enjoys leading by example, is target-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations efficiently.
- Take a proactive, target-driven approach to achieving key performance indicators.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to deliver excellent results.
- Ensure the shop floor is maintained to the highest presentation standards.
- Manage inventory to guarantee appropriate stock levels at all times.
- Continuously provide exceptional customer service standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Possession of a full driving licence.
- A strong enthusiasm for working in a varied, fast-moving environment with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Flexibility to work different shift patterns as required.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not mandatory if you bring the right mindset.
