Key Responsibilities

• Verify trained AI models ensuring clinical precision, reliability, and healthcare readiness.
• Spot opportunities for model enhancements and suggest improvements for clinical acceptance.
• Compile documentation and results for verification and validation testing.
• Work in tandem with product leaders, developers, and clinical experts on R&D efforts.

Applicant Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional medical dosimetrist.
• In-depth knowledge of radiation oncology workflows and treatment planning.
• Proven expertise in contouring according to recognized clinical standards and protocols.
• Substantial hands-on experience with radiation therapy planning and contouring.
• Preferred experience in verification and validation testing.
• Familiarity with multiple treatment planning systems and associated clinical technologies is advantageous.
• Experience with diverse radiation oncology workflow software is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
