Civil Engineer

Position Overview

A real estate company based in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their projects team. The role involves supervising the execution of real estate development projects ensuring work meets the highest engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities and monitor project progress on site.
• Review engineering blueprints to confirm compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to guarantee quality and timely completion.
• Prepare regular technical reports to management.
• Quantify work completed and track progress of executions.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project operation.
• Ensure safety and quality protocols are strictly enforced on site.
• Assist in resolving technical challenges encountered during the project.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Up to 6 years of practical experience in supervising or executing real estate or construction projects.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit and Primavera or MS Project is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and project execution procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to manage work pressure and perform site visits.
• Preferred registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
