Role overview
As a Campus Recruiter at TQL, you’ll own on-campus recruiting activity across multiple universities. The role centers on building durable relationships with student organizations, campus leaders, and faculty so the team can generate strong full-time hiring outcomes for the company. You’ll serve as the bridge between Corporate Recruitment and Regional Sales Recruitment, while also becoming the internal campus recruiting specialist for the department.

Key responsibilities
- Build expertise in identifying and engaging top talent from campuses
- Support business growth by sourcing qualified candidates for Sales and Corporate roles
- Advance and strengthen established campus relationships, especially with faculty and professors at assigned schools
- Share campus recruiting plans and updates clearly with recruiting stakeholders
- Expand campus reach through professors, coaches, student leaders, career centers, and other college contacts
- Source applicants through campus events, campus systems, social channels, and job boards
- Represent the company at career fairs, presentations, and other campus activities throughout the year
- Maintain productive relationships with peers and recruiting leaders
- Partner with Marketing to increase awareness among underclassmen and encourage word-of-mouth interest
- Design, promote, and run job shadow initiatives
- Monitor recruiting metrics and performance against hiring targets
- Manage applicant tracking records and campus recruiting reports with strong data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Recruiting background is preferred, though prior experience is not required
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in campus recruiting
- Comfort working in a metrics-focused environment
- Strong drive, persistence, and work ethic
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability with strategic thinking
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
- Confidence in representing and promoting the company to prospective hires
- Willingness to travel up to 80% during peak campus recruiting periods
- Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future, including F-1 STEM OPT, H-1B, TN, and J-1 candidates
