Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and contribute to building a high-performing team.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while continuously driving store performance.
- Support achieving all sales targets and store KPIs, overseeing store standards, compliance, and administrative updates in alignment with company policies.
- Handle customer complaints effectively by serving as a key escalation point and ensuring timely resolution.
- Act as a Vodafone brand ambassador including maintaining store appearance and promoting company values.
- Provide regular coaching to retail consultants to improve product knowledge and shop floor performance.
- Manage store performance and accountability during the Store Manager’s absence.
- Identify and suggest improvements to current processes and operations, providing constructive feedback to relevant departments.
- Communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members, delivering all business updates and key information.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety, cash handling, security, stock management, and other compliance requirements.
- Monitor daily store activity against KPI targets covering connection goals, customer experience scores, accessory sales, insurance, and other value-added services.
- Develop expert knowledge of Vodafone’s products, competitors’ offers, and the local market to better serve the customer base.
