Role Overview

The Assistant Bakery Manager position is your stepping stone to a rewarding career with Woolworths Group. You will contribute to managing daily department operations while supporting a collaborative store environment dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences and a positive workplace.

  • A willingness to learn operational aspects of the bakery department and assist the team effectively day-to-day.
  • Ability to collaborate productively with others and foster strong team relationships.
  • Growing awareness and development of leadership style, preparing for future leadership roles.
  • Appreciation for cross-store cooperation to ensure excellent customer experiences storewide.

Working Hours

The typical weekly schedule option one includes:

  • Monday: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  • Thursday: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Sunday: 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM
