Role overview

Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is hiring a cleaner for the Verden site starting immediately. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness across outdoor areas as well as logistics and production spaces.

Your responsibilities

• You will clean and care for the facility’s outdoor areas together with logistics and production zones.
• You will help ensure that the site’s hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• You will identify damage or contamination within the production area and carry out cleaning there once approved.
• You will operate and maintain modern cleaning equipment.
• During snow and icy conditions, you will support winter service duties across the company premises.

Your profile

• You pay close attention to order and cleanliness.
• Previous cleaning experience, especially in production environments, is helpful, but career changers are equally welcome.
• You have a good basic command of German at level A2 or above for team coordination.
• You are flexible and open to shift work, including weekends when agreed in advance.
