About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Wash Bay Attendant to join our team in Innisfil, Ontario. This position involves hands-on duties such as cleaning and detailing trucks and heavy machinery, maintaining the wash bay’s cleanliness, organization, and safety, and assisting with general facility upkeep. Additionally, the role includes supporting technicians with shop-related tasks and handling pick-up and delivery of parts to help improve the service team's overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and detail heavy equipment, trucks, and related machinery.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and secure wash bay environment.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks around the facility.
- Support technicians as necessary.
- Handle the transportation of parts through pick-up and delivery.
- Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay ranging from $24.60 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Position Details

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in vehicle or equipment detailing.
- Mechanical skills or experience with heavy equipment or shop work is an advantage.
- Experience operating heavy trucks or equipment.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
- Attention to detail combined with strong organizational abilities and a commitment to quality customer service.
- Independent worker with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Team-oriented and willing to assist colleagues when necessary.
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
- Competence in operating company vehicles as required for the role.
Work Environment
- Combination of warehouse and office settings.
- Exposure to ambient noise and active shop surroundings.
- Work may require physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions, with tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials and equipment.
