Role Summary
As a Warranty Administrator within the National Operations Team, you will handle warranty claim administration for Australia and New Zealand, focusing primarily on pre-approval claims. This full-time role, based at the client's head office in Mulgrave, operates Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty claims across Australian and New Zealand dealer networks efficiently and accurately.
- Foster positive relationships with dealers, manufacturers, and customers to maintain strong public relations.
- Ensure timely processing of all warranty claims with precision.
- Continuously seek and implement improvements to processes to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in warranty or case management roles is preferred.
- Technical automotive knowledge is valued; possessing a Mechanical Trade Qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience in automotive or dealership environments will be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving capability and proactive mindset.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
- Proficient with computers and willing to adapt to various digital tools.
