Position Summary

This part-time role offers a minimum commitment of 10 remote work hours per week with availability required Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM aligned with our clients' respective time zones. There is potential for this role to evolve into a full-time position. As a Virtual Executive Assistant with Execly, your primary function is to deliver executive-caliber administrative support directly to clients and their teams, managing tasks and projects efficiently and with precision across a variety of client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing multiple calendars and schedules for clients
  • Editing and proofreading documents and presentations for quality and accuracy
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Managing several email inboxes
  • Collecting, verifying, and submitting expense reports
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone communications
  • Transcribing minutes and notes from meetings
  • Providing on-site support at client company gatherings or events when required
  • Managing purchases as needed
  • Conducting research on diverse topics
  • Arranging reservations including dining and wellness appointments
  • Publishing client content on social media platforms
  • Organizing and booking travel arrangements
  • Supporting various personal and lifestyle administrative tasks
  • Undertaking other executive administrative duties as necessary, including potential travel responsibilities

Compensation and Conditions
