Role Overview
A Dubai-based wellness and personal-care business is expanding two rapidly growing consumer brands and is hiring a creative Videographer & Video Editor. The focus of this position is producing short-form content that captures attention quickly and supports brand growth across social platforms.
This is a practical, end-to-end role for someone who is comfortable handling a project from filming through final delivery, with confidence both behind the camera and in post-production.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit vertical videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok, including product-led, lifestyle, UGC-style, and trend-based content.
- Record and edit full podcast episodes, then transform them into short social-ready clips.
- Enhance videos with captions, motion graphics, sound design, and text overlays that align with each brand’s identity.
- Partner with the marketing team to turn concepts and scripts into polished videos with quick turnaround times.
- Track current social media trends, video formats, and content performance patterns.
- Keep raw footage, project files, and final exports neatly organized and easy to retrieve.
Candidate Profile
The company is seeking someone with demonstrated experience in both shooting and editing short-form video content. A portfolio or showreel is required, and applications without one will not be reviewed.
Strong familiarity with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or comparable software is expected. The role also requires a solid understanding of what drives performance on Reels and TikTok, especially around hooks, pacing, and viewer retention.
Experience with podcast production, multi-camera shoots, and audio handling is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the entire workflow independently, work across several projects at once, and consistently meet deadlines. Having personal camera and lighting gear is beneficial.
Additional Information
The role is based in Dubai and requires on-site attendance. It is a full-time position.
