Role Overview
Dilawri Group of Companies, Canada’s largest automotive group, is hiring a Wash Attendant for its dealership team in Mississauga, Ontario. This role focuses on keeping vehicles clean, polished, and presentable while supporting dealership operations and customer satisfaction.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $18 to $19 per hour.
Key Duties
- Wash and polish vehicle exteriors.
- Apply wax to body panels and buff the surface to a finished shine.
- Vacuum vehicle interiors to clear dust and loose debris.
- Clean upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces using suitable cleaning products and equipment.
- Clean engines and engine compartments as required.
- Handle additional tasks as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer-first attitude at all times.
- Effective verbal communication abilities.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work with endurance.
- Solid time management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Comfort operating standard transmission vehicles.
- Valid Ontario G licence with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- General dealership experience is preferred.
