Role overview
HashKey Group is hiring a manager to drive user growth and business partnerships across the MENA region. The role focuses on building collaborations that bring more KYC-verified users and active traders to the platform through compliant crypto-related service offerings.
What you will do
- Build and manage partnerships with institutions, traffic platforms, and other business partners so they can offer crypto-related services to their customer base, helping increase verified users and trading activity.
- Spot new situations and channels where user demand can be unlocked, then shape partnership approaches and client engagement plans around the specific business need.
- Gather feedback from users and the market, then turn those inputs into business recommendations and product ideas for wealth management offerings, financial services, and other potential needs.
- Make sure all institutional partnerships, marketing messages, and promotional campaigns follow compliance requirements, including careful review of workflows, content, and any external-facing materials.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in user growth, channel management, partnership development, or a similar area.
- Experience with channels in banks, payment wallets, or compliant traffic platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical reasoning, communication ability, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- A highly execution-focused mindset, with the ability to solve problems effectively and deliver results.
- Basic written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English.
