Primary Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
- Provide counseling and detailed information regarding courses and services to prospective individuals.
- Regularly follow up on leads and sustain ongoing communication.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions or sales.
- Maintain precise records using Excel or CRM software.
- Meet established daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless admission and customer support operations.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 6000 to 21000 INR.
