Job Overview
We are seeking a Call Centre BPO Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing timely and professional support while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls effectively.
- Address customer inquiries promptly via telephone.
- Resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer communications.
- Escalate unresolved matters to designated departments for further assistance.
- Comply with organizational guidelines and ensure data privacy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Completed 10+2, Diploma, or Graduate level education, as per employer requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Effective listening and problem-solving aptitude.
- Basic proficiency in computers, including MS Office, email, and CRM software.
- Customer-oriented mindset and collaborative team spirit with time management skills.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
Compensation
The typical monthly salary for this position ranges from 14,000 to 18,000 INR, depending on the interview outcome.
Career Progression
Starting as a BPO Executive, motivated candidates can advance to Senior Executive, then Team Leader, followed by Assistant Manager.
