Job Overview

As a Telecalling Executive at Fore Holdings, you will manage and convert leads generated from various marketing channels while providing excellent customer service and coordinating with the sales team to facilitate site visits and bookings.

  • Compile and submit daily calling reports, lead conversion reports, site visit reports, as well as weekly and monthly management information system (MIS) reports.
  • Assist marketing efforts by promptly following up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, collecting customer feedback, and supporting promotional initiatives.
