Telecalling Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team based in Andheri West, Mumbai. This full-time position involves engaging with customers through outbound calls, sharing detailed product and service information, and supporting sales efforts by generating leads and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers.
• Clearly communicate information regarding company products and services and respond to customer inquiries.
• Generate leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with interested customers to foster relationships.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer calls and interactions.
• Reach set daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Proficient in communication in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous but not essential.

Working Conditions and Compensation

• Job location: Andheri West, Mumbai.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Remuneration ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
