About Queens Luxury PG
Queens Luxury PG for Women is seeking a vibrant and confident Telemarketing & Front Office Executive to enhance our customer experience and drive sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales communications effectively.
- Follow up on enquiries obtained through Google, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through persuasive and clear communication.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers by conducting property tours.
- Provide detailed information on room types, pricing, facilities, and current offers.
- Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
- Keep systematic records of enquiries and admissions.
- Work collaboratively with operations team to manage room availability and customer onboarding processes.
- Reply promptly to WhatsApp and other customer queries.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly admission and sales objectives.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation preferred; applicants with intermediate education coupled with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, or front desk roles.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage including MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
- Possesses a friendly demeanor, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and displays a positive attitude.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication to drive sales.
