Role overview
The organization is looking for a Tele Caller in Greater Noida to manage phone-based customer outreach and support. The role focuses on promoting services, generating leads, arranging appointments, and keeping customer records updated in CRM.
Key duties
- Place outbound calls and answer incoming calls to promote products and services.
- Create leads, set up appointments, and complete customer follow-ups.
- Address customer questions and provide basic issue resolution.
- Record and refresh customer details in the CRM system.
- Work toward daily and weekly goals for call volume and conversions.
- Use ready-made call scripts to communicate information clearly and consistently.
- Respond to objections in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold a B.A. degree in any specialization and should be comfortable working in a telecalling/sales-oriented environment.
