Job Overview
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner based in Saudi Arabia. The role is tailored for professionals who prefer autonomous work while engaging with global hiring assignments. You will oversee comprehensive recruitment processes encompassing technology, engineering, and business sectors to connect highly skilled candidates with impactful positions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to final placement.
- Interpret client hiring requirements into effective technical sourcing strategies.
- Attract and examine qualified candidates within technology and business domains.
- Conduct recruiter interviews assessing candidates for technical fit, experience, motivation, and availability.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships and talent pipelines with candidates.
- Deliver top-quality candidate submissions that align with role specifications and client expectations.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and stakeholders to enhance hiring success and efficiency.
- Simultaneously manage multiple open positions while upholding excellent candidate experience standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven background in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Expertise in sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience recruiting for roles including software engineering, AI, machine learning, cloud technologies, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, infrastructure, or product management.
- Strong understanding of technical profiles and the ability to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating independently in a remote work setup.
- Additional recruitment experience in healthcare, finance, sales, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or leadership positions is advantageous.
