Overview
This role is offered by a partner company seeking a Middle Business Development Manager based in Ireland. The position involves working in a fast-moving, international tech environment focused on commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. The role blends contract management, financial oversight, relationship building, and process optimization within remote operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial agreements including contract terms and documentation to ensure compliance and continuity.
- Track payment workflows, assist in budget planning, and maintain detailed financial records of commercial activities.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with external partners, managing commercial, financial, and contractual negotiations.
- Lead negotiations with new vendors and partners as well as coordinate contract finalization and onboarding.
- Work closely with finance and legal departments to support commercial operations and resolve contract-related issues.
- Create reports, conduct financial computations, and provide business insights leveraging Google Sheets and other analytical tools.
- Identify and implement opportunities for internal workflow improvements, including automation and operational efficiency enhancements.
- Support market research and business development efforts to propose innovative solutions and identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, commercial operations, or related IT industry roles.
- Proficient English communication skills at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or above, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial contracts and evaluate contractual terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Competency in Google Sheets and data analysis for reporting and informed decision-making.
- Self-driven with the ability to operate independently while contributing in team settings.
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, administrative platforms, or automation solutions is advantageous.
