Role overview
This is a 12-month contract opportunity supporting a global e-commerce talent acquisition function in Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing technical talent for a fast-growing e-commerce business that serves a worldwide user base. You will partner with domestic and international stakeholders and contribute to the team’s continued expansion.

The e-commerce sector has expanded rapidly and remains highly competitive among major internet companies. The wider talent acquisition team is looking for motivated people who want to help build that ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for a range of complex hiring needs by using sourcing, screening, referrals, and cold outreach to connect with technical professionals at different levels.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business and manage relationships with stakeholders such as HR, hiring managers, and outside partners including agencies.
- Lead creative sourcing approaches, launch new initiatives, and improve existing workflows to make recruiting more effective and efficient, including market research and talent mapping support.
- Help ensure candidates have a positive experience and represent the company as an attractive place to work.
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and research tools and techniques, such as Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other alternative methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to work through large amounts of data and use it to guide business decisions.
- Excellent people skills, including the ability to quickly build trust, communicate clearly, and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment while managing several priorities and tasks at once.
- At least 1 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume tech recruitment setting, either with a search firm or in an in-house recruiting team.

This position is handled by a third-party agency. It is a 12-month temporary assignment in which the agency will be your employer, even though you may be placed at TikTok.
