Role Overview
Ileads Auxiliary Services is hiring a full-time Team Leader for its sales operations in Bengaluru. The position is based at Silkboard, Maruthi Chambers Tower 2, 4th Floor. This role is suited to someone who can lead a sales team in a BPO environment, drive target achievement, and maintain day-to-day operational quality.
Team Leadership
- Guide, supervise, and keep the sales team engaged so they can meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Track team output and make sure productivity benchmarks are consistently met.
- Run regular team huddles, briefings, and performance check-ins.
- Assist team members in handling customer objections and converting opportunities into sales.
Sales Performance and Targets
- Support revenue growth and help the team achieve assigned sales targets.
- Review individual and team KPIs such as conversions, productivity, and revenue numbers.
- Introduce sales process improvements and practical strategies to raise overall performance.
- Make sure the team follows sales procedures and quality expectations.
Training and Team Development
- Coach team members through on-the-job mentoring and ongoing support.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with the training team for development support.
- Help new hires understand the sales workflow, product knowledge, and customer handling approach.
Process, Compliance, and Reporting
- Monitor calls and customer interactions to protect service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
- Prepare accurate reporting and MIS updates related to team performance.
