Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, focusing primarily on Data, Artificial Intelligence, and specialized technology positions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies and recruitment channels to identify, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Create and execute talent acquisition initiatives to maintain and expand strong candidate pipelines supporting ongoing hiring requirements.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gather and understand hiring needs, align recruitment methods, and manage expectations during the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey by maintaining timely, transparent, and proactive communication from initial contact to job offer.
• Contribute to enhancing recruitment procedures, hiring strategies, and employer branding continuous improvements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within technology sectors.
• Demonstrable experience recruiting technical talent, especially within Data, Artificial Intelligence, software engineering, or closely related fields.
• Strong skills in competency-based interviews and structured assessment methodologies for candidates.
• Excellent ability to source candidates, manage stakeholders, and build robust relationships.
• Proficient organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
• Fluent communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with a clear dedication to delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
