AI Product Designer

Overview

This role is offered through a partner company based in Germany that manages all application procedures. The position invites a designer passionate about integrating artificial intelligence with product design to craft cutting-edge digital experiences.

You will be responsible for taking initial ideas through various stages, developing interactive prototypes by integrating UX, UI, motion, content, and AI-driven workflows. The role suits those who thrive on experimenting with new design tools and quickly bringing innovative concepts to fruition.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert product and growth ideas into functional digital designs and interactive prototypes from concept to completion.
• Utilize AI-centric design platforms such as Figma Make and Claude Design to build prototypes rapidly.
• Design user interfaces, user experiences, animations, and lightweight frontend components as needed.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, clickable prototypes, and refined design deliverables.
• Create supporting visual assets including images, videos, and content elements to enrich product interactions.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up the design workflow, experiment with novel methods, and enhance iteration efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and growth teams to deliver multi-product projects.
• Remain proactive in researching emerging AI capabilities and integrate innovative practices into design processes.
• Clearly articulate design decisions and contribute ideas that enhance product strategy and execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated background in product design, UX/UI, or similar disciplines focused on digital product creation.
• Capability to transform design ideas into operational prototypes using coding skills or AI-backed development tools.
• Experience in crafting animations and interactive experiences at the code level.
• Proficiency in turning business and product requirements into wireframes and functional prototypes.
• Strong skills in producing visual assets, copy, and multimedia content that align with product objectives.
• Routine use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent platforms to deliver high-quality results.
• Keen interest and openness to experimenting with new AI tools, workflows, and technologies.
• A portfolio showcasing projects developed or significantly enhanced through AI-driven workflows.
• A creative problem-solver who can operate independently in dynamic environments.
• Experience with personal or side projects taken from concept to launch is advantageous.
