About the opportunity

A reputable management consulting firm is looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team right away. In this position, you will oversee recruitment across a business cluster that includes several companies, with responsibility for bringing in high-quality talent to support ongoing growth.

The role suits a recruitment professional who is comfortable working closely with business leaders, managing stakeholders effectively, and handling the complete hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full hiring cycle for multiple companies within the assigned business cluster.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and shape practical recruitment plans.
  • Handle sourcing, resume review, interviews, assessment coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support.
  • Create and maintain talent pools for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment partners, and direct outreach.
  • Evaluate applicants through screening calls and competency-based interviews to judge both technical ability and behavioral fit.
  • Arrange interviews with hiring managers and help ensure candidates have a smooth experience throughout the process.
  • Develop recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring trackers to measure performance and progress.
  • Make sure hiring practices follow internal policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Improve recruitment workflows, employer reputation, and sourcing approaches over time.
  • Support workforce planning by sharing market intelligence and information on talent availability.
  • Partner with the HR Development Manager on strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications and requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
  • Background in direct sourcing and LinkedIn-based headhunting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
