Pest Control Sales Executive

Role overview

This position sits within Sales & Business Development and reports to the Sales Manager or Business Development Manager. The Sales Executive for pest control is expected to drive new business, nurture existing client accounts, and consistently hit sales objectives for pest management services.

The role includes prospecting, arranging client meetings, carrying out site visits where needed, preparing pricing and service proposals, negotiating agreements, and supporting customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The work is field-oriented and involves regular interaction with customers across multiple sectors.

Core responsibilities

• Source and develop new business across residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and retail markets.
• Create opportunities through cold outreach, professional networking, referrals, and on-site visits.
• Arrange meetings with prospects to assess their pest control needs.
• Perform site inspections when necessary and work with the operations team for technical evaluation.
• Draft and send quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Discuss pricing and contract terms in line with company policy.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to support renewals and repeat business.
• Work with operations to ensure services are delivered on time and customers remain satisfied.
• Track up quotations and convert interested prospects into signed contracts.
• Keep CRM records accurate for client interactions, sales activity, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on market movement, competitor actions, and customer feedback.
• Support marketing drives, exhibitions, and promotional activities as needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales updates for management.

Qualifications and experience

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field is required. Candidates should bring 2 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in pest control, facilities management, cleaning services, or another related service industry.

A valid Qatar driving licence is preferred, and familiarity with the Qatar market will be considered an advantage.

Working conditions

This is a field-based position with frequent visits to client locations. The role may occasionally require evening or weekend meetings depending on business needs, and travel within Qatar is part of the job.
