About the role
This position is focused on helping a boutique consulting business scale through smarter systems, stronger growth processes, and practical AI adoption. The role blends strategy, business development, marketing support, and operations, with close collaboration with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
What you will do
- Develop, implement, and refine AI-enabled processes across business development, marketing, and operations.
- Plan and run account-based marketing initiatives, including identifying target accounts, reaching out to prospects, and supporting conversion efforts across the sales pipeline.
- Introduce AI tools and automations into everyday team workflows to improve speed, consistency, and productivity.
- Partner directly with founders on high-priority strategic work and help translate decisions into execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, delivery partners, and clients to keep communication clear and projects aligned.
- Continuously test new approaches, improve existing systems, and strengthen scalability and business performance.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-moving environment such as consulting, startups, or marketing.
- At least 1 year of post-graduation experience; freshers are not eligible.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot multi-step AI workflows, not just simple prompts.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, ideally backed by an engineering or business education.
- Good business understanding and the judgment to assess context before applying automation or solutions.
- Interest in or exposure to B2B marketing will be an added advantage.
- Self-directed working style with ownership over outcomes.
- Must hold a postgraduate qualification.
Additional details
